GOD'S LEADING
As a Kingdom enterprise, we do not seek power or glory, but the advancement of the Kingdom and the glorification of the King! The world’s mentality promotes competition for organizational territory and power. His primary agenda is to advance the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:9-10) We are not trying to create opportunities for ourselves. Rather, we are trying to participate in what God is doing worldwide, follow His lead and not set our own agenda.
We see that He interacts with and has plans with individuals, families, cultures and nations.
EXALTATION OF JESUS
We believe Jesus when He said, “And I will do this when I am lifted up off the ground and when I draw the hearts of people to gather them to me.” Therefore, we seek to lift the person of Jesus in all endeavors. (John 12:32, John 3:16)
MAKE PEOPLE GREAT
We believe the Kingdom advances as individuals hear and accept the Gospel by faith, are born again, and experience inward regeneration and transformation, expressed by their obedience to “all I have commanded.” Nations are discipled as followers of Jesus make the Kingdom visible within its culture, by faithfully obeying God’s Word in every area of life and every realm of society, including the family, community, arts, science, media, law, government, education, and business (John 3:3-13; Gen. 1:26-28; Col. 1:18b).
RELATIONSHIPS & RECONCILIATION
We desire to form friendships with people and organizations that share our vision and passion and want to seek God about how we might advance the Kingdom together. We don’t put our trust in methods or formulas. Instead, we desire to be flexible and ready to move at the prompting of the Holy Spirit. As we sense the leading of the Holy Spirit we will, with His strength, take initiative to increase opportunities to share the vision God has given us.
We seek to develop friendships across all the lines that typically divide people, including race, religion, politics, and socio-economic status. A fundamental pursuit of these friends is to love Jesus and make a difference in the lives of everyone we encounter and to refuse to be corrupted by the world’s values.
We see these relationships as the primary focus of God’s work (John 3:16, Romans 8:19, Revelation 22:2-5)
